Incident summary

On the evening of February 28, 2026 (9 Esfand 1404), he was in a family car in Fardis with his 19-year-old brother, Amirhossein Feizi, and their father. Following the news of Ali Khamenei’s death, they expressed their joy by honking their car horn in the street. Their vehicle was then directly targeted by security forces. Ahmadreza was killed after being shot in the upper body.
