Incident summary
He was shot in the heart while standing at the end of the street where my younger uncle lives. My uncle carried his body home, where the family kept him until morning. When they later took him to the hospital to complete the burial procedures, they were asked to pay 700 million. The family refused to pay. I hope the reason some of his immediate family now attend regime gatherings is that they were left with no other choice. His mother no longer speaks to anyone.
