Incident summary
At around 8:00 p.m. on the night of 18 Dey, Pouya left the gym and headed toward Qeysarieh Square. According to the account provided, security forces were hiding inside a mosque located in the square. As Pouya approached, the mosque doors opened, and the officers surrounded him. He was beaten with batons, and after he collapsed, his body was dragged across the ground. According to this account, the first bullet struck his heart, and the second hit the center of his forehead, causing his death.
