Incident summary
On Friday, January 9, 2026 (19 Dey 1404), she was killed during the protests in Isfahan after being shot in the neck with a live round. Singer and composer Hassan Shamaizadeh also confirmed that Zohreh was a close relative of his and stated that she lost her life after being struck by a live bullet while fighting for freedom.
