Asieh Ramezani
Asieh was an independent woman who had experienced the hardships of life, and that was the main reason she took part. She was the mother of two children. Despite having heart disease and being fully aware of all the dangers, she went out in the hope of a better and brighter future. She had also participated in the 2022 protests and was afraid of nothing. She gave her life in the hope of a better life and future. With full awareness and courage, she said during her last phone call, "I'm going to claim my rights." Her family searched for her in Kahrizak for three days. She was always an energetic, cheerful, and courageous woman who feared nothing but God. On the 19th of Dey, she was fatally shot directly in the heart. We do not know when or exactly how it happened; we only know that her innocent blood was spilled. The only belongings returned to her family were a hat and a bloodstained hair tie. The matching ring she shared with her daughter and her necklace were never returned. On the 19th of Dey, she was killed by a direct gunshot to her kind heart. Despite knowing that live ammunition was being used and despite her heart condition, she went anyway—her spirit was strong. Her last words were, "I'm going to claim my rights and defend them."

Incident summary
Unfortunately, she went alone. Very few people knew that she had even participated in the 2022 protests. She went alone, and after 8:00 p.m. she stopped answering her phone. For three days, her family searched for her at the forensic medicine office. In the end, they identified her body in one of the halls at Behesht-e Zahra Cemetery and were able to take her home. No one knows exactly what happened. According to reports, after she was shot, members of the public took her to a medical clinic, where she died from her injuries. A photograph of her body was taken in the clinic's prayer room. She had been struck by a direct gunshot to the heart from close range.
