Incident summary

Nima had only two months left of his military service. He had taken Thursday and Friday off. That morning, he went to work with his friend. That evening, when the call for demonstrations began, he returned home and realized that his parents had already gone out to join it, so he went as well. When Nima reached the gathering near Bist-Metri Afsariyeh, he saw the ground covered in blood. He and his friend moved closer, hoping to help anyone who needed assistance. According to the account provided, suddenly gunshots were heard from behind, fired from the top of a building. Nima suddenly collapsed to the ground.
